Privacy Policy
Effective August 5, 2026 · Last updated August 5, 2026
This policy explains what Grace Ryann Enterprises, LLC (“My Growth Pro”, “we”, “us”) does with personal information, both for the businesses that subscribe to our software and for their customers whose details pass through it.
1. Who this covers
My Growth Pro sells software to service businesses — carpet cleaners, cleaning companies and similar trades. That means two different groups of people appear in this policy, and the difference matters:
| Who | Relationship | Our role |
|---|---|---|
| Subscribing businesses and their staff | They buy and use our software. | We decide what to collect and why. This policy governs it. |
| Their customers — the homeowners and businesses they clean for | Their details are entered into our software by the business that serves them. | We hold and process that information on the business’s instructions. The business decides what is collected and why; we act on their behalf. |
If you are a customer of a business that uses our software and you want your information changed or deleted, the quickest route is to contact that business directly. You can also contact us at [email protected] and we will work with them.
2. What we collect
From subscribing businesses
- Account and contact details — business name, address, email addresses, phone numbers, and the names and roles of staff you give access to.
- Business configuration — your service menu and pricing, working hours, service area, crews, and the wording of your automated messages.
- Billing information — your subscription status and history. See section 6 for what we do not hold.
- Usage and technical data — sign-in times, the actions taken in the app, device and browser type, and IP address, kept so we can support you, keep accounts secure and find faults.
About your customers, entered by you or captured by your website
- Contact details — name, address, phone number, email address.
- Job information — quotes, appointments, services performed, job notes, photographs taken on site, invoices and payment status.
- Messages — the texts and emails sent to and received from them through the system.
3. Mobile and text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All of the categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messages are sent through our messaging providers purely so that the message can be delivered. Phone numbers and consent records are not sold, rented or passed to anyone for their own marketing.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Full messaging terms are in our Terms of Service.
4. How we use it
- To provide the software: scheduling jobs, producing quotes and invoices, sending the appointment reminders and review requests that a business has configured.
- To support you when something goes wrong, which sometimes means looking at the affected records in your account.
- To keep accounts secure, prevent misuse and investigate suspected abuse.
- To bill for the subscription.
- To improve the product, using aggregated or de-identified information.
- To meet legal obligations.
5. Who we share it with
We share information with the service providers that make the product work, and only so far as each needs to do its job:
| Provider | What it does | What it sees |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services | Hosting and storage | All data, stored and processed in the United States. |
| HighLevel | Customer records, messaging and automation | Customer contact details, appointments and message content. |
| Messaging and email carriers | Delivering texts and emails | The recipient’s number or address, and the message. |
| Payment processors | Taking payment from your customers | They handle card details directly. See section 6. |
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business — in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.
6. What we never do
We never handle card numbers. When a customer pays, our software sends them a payment link and the payment processor — Stripe, Square or whichever your account uses — collects and processes the card details on their own systems. Card numbers do not pass through our software, are not stored by us, and are never visible to a technician in the field or to anyone at My Growth Pro.
We do not house payroll data. Our software can report hours worked and produce figures you can export to your payroll provider. Pay rates, wages, bank details, tax information and payroll records are not stored in our system.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising or marketing.
7. How long we keep it
We keep account and job records for as long as the subscription is active, and for 12 months after it ends, so that records can be recovered if an account is reopened and so we can meet tax and legal obligations. After that, records are deleted or de-identified. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis and may hold data for a short period after deletion.
You can ask us to delete your account data sooner — see section 9.
8. How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to staff who need it, and sign-in to the application is per-person with role-based permissions, so a technician sees only their own jobs. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise — but if a breach affects your information we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to certain uses. Residents of some U.S. states, including California, have specific rights under their own laws.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within the time the applicable law allows. We will not treat you differently for exercising a right.
If your request concerns information a subscribing business holds about you, we will pass it to that business and support them in answering it, because the information is theirs to control.
10. Children
Our software is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child’s information has been provided to us, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page, and for material changes we will tell subscribing businesses by email or in the application before the change takes effect.
