Carpet Growth Pro is a product of Grace Ryann Enterprises, LLC, doing business as My Growth Pro. This page explains how to ask us to delete your account and your data, what happens next, and what we may keep.
We verify that you own the account, delete the account and its associated data within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done.
Deleting your account cannot be undone, so export anything you want to keep first.
We may keep billing and tax records and transaction records, for as long as the law requires us to keep them for legal or tax reasons.
After you cancel, you can export your data for 90 days.
We permanently delete account data after 120 days, except for records we must keep for legal or tax reasons.
If you ask us to delete your account, the 30-day timeline above applies.
If you are a customer of a carpet cleaning business that uses the app, and you do not hold the account yourself, please contact that business about your information. You can also email Support@mygrowthpro.com and we will pass your request on to them.
